WORKSHOPS

Choose from the following workshops and tailor to your audience or customize your own.

  • In a world that offers quick fixes, easy three-step solutions, and simple answers, many of us intuitively know true transformational work doesn't come as quickly or easily as we wish.

It requires slower movements, deeper questions, embracing suffering, and intentional time and space in a safe community to visit and revisit life’s universal questions. When we pay attention to the movements of our life, both alone and together, we develop a deeper understanding, appreciation, and motivation for where we are and the work we are uniquely invited to participate.

Sessions are designed to hold space for this invitation and can be customized for teams, faith communities, men's/women's groups, corporate clients, and individuals.

    Where are we?

A chance to slow down, check in and evaluate your life and the pace you are living.

    Where are we going?

A variety of workshops designed to help you gain focus, direction, and clarity.

    Where have we been?

A chance to look back to celebrate how far we have come, understand who we are, why we do what we do, and reevaluate the things we want to repeat or repair.

How do we hold joy/successes and pain/setbacks?

Creating rituals, rhythms, and recognition of both joy and pain.

    How will we continue well?

A chance to decide what stays and goes. To remove the noise and clutter so we can live with more intention and purpose. Gain clarity, direction, and focus.

  • This session is designed as a welcome or introductory session designed to build a container of the group experience. Together, we will establish guidelines for group sharing, safety and choice within the group, and a check in to identify how everyone is coming into the time.

  • A guided experience loosely based on Henri Nouwen’s work on living the questions. This session will include personal reflection time designed to help the group check in and recognize who we are, where we are, what we believe, and what we were made to do. This session serves as a mile marker, helping organizations or individuals locate where they are and where they would like to go.

  • Seasons need different things and different time. In this session, you are invited to identify and explore the season of life you are in and honor it for what it is. This is a great time to slow down, gain new perspective, and embrace whatever season you are in.

  • A creative exploration of your story through the lens of who you were, who you are, who you are becoming and what’s most important. Together, we will develop two of our most important guides, our 8 year old self and our 80 year old self.

  • It's good to pause from time to time and ask ourselves: What does it look like to live a life of congruence where your insides and outsides match? What is a good life? When you look back at your life, what do you want to say was true? When we know where we are going and who we want to be, our behaviors will follow. In this session, we will explore what it means to live an integrated, full life, one that honors where you've been, where you are, and where you're going.

  • What if our dreams, goals, even healing, didn't need to all be hard? What if there was freedom, play --dare we say fun-- in all of this? What if it is the process unfolding over time, the slow cultivation of life and relationships--the little things--that bring us the deepest joy? What if, this life is "just right."

  • What’s keeping you from the life you want? Together, we will begin to reframe the limiting beliefs, behaviors, and pace that is keeping you from living the life you want while honoring the process as it unfolds.

  • When faced with a choice, our brain tends to segment choice making into one or the other, black or white. What we fail to see many times, is the rainbow of choices between these two fixed points. And sometimes, we have to leave something that is good, for something that is right. This interactive discussion will help organizations and individuals discern their next steps, with clarity, excitement and renewed focus.

  • How do we do it all and do it well? Balance is a dance, not a destination. In this interactive workshop, we will take a look at balance, why we want it and how we can achieve it, and how we can optimize our work life balance to really “have it all.”

  • Too many of us react to the things demanding our attention, giving our live away indiscriminately to the loudest things. Join us as we explore a conversation and interactive exercise about pace, paying attention, returning back to sustainable rhythms, as we cultivate a meaningful life and meaningful work.

  • A guided group experience practicing the art connection and communication. We will begin the session exploring the barriers to listening and what are the foundations for healthy communication.

  • An exploration of safety and trust using the framework of the poly vagal theory, exploring the way the brain navigates safety and risk, and how essential trust is in any business or relationship.

  • A conversation about coming into the fullness of who you are as we reimagine our roles, our limitations and our labels. We will explore the topic of boundaries and healthy relationships.

  • An exploration of your story and conversation about integration, clarity and who you are becoming. What will it look like to continue to evolve and expand into fullness and joy.

  • A practice in stillness/embodiment, gratitude, and silence using two techniques, breathe prayer/centering prayer, to center and ground yourself for the day.

This can be faith based or not.

  • Nourish and relax the body during a one hour gentle flow practice by candlelight. The practice begins connecting to our breath & setting an intention for our practice. The majority of the practice is done seated, laying down, or kneeling with a final resting posture.

  • In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to three-four hours of sleep! The practice improves immune function, blood pressure, cortisol levels, and reduces anxiety. Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice that is done entirely lying down.
